During the warranty period, Geniani will repair and/or replace defective products or parts with new or reconditioned components at Geniani’s discretion, without charge to the customer.
The warranty covers:
- any defects in materials detected upon the delivery of the product
- any defects in workmanship under normal use
- receiving any broken products
The warranty does not cover:
- damage resulting from improper use or noncompliance with the user’s instructions manual
- damage resulting from natural disasters
- modification of the product from its original form
- damages or defects caused by service and/or repair of the product performed by an unauthorized service provider or by anyone other than Geniani technical support team
- damages and/or defects occurring during commercial use, rental use, animal use or any use for which the product was not intended;
- damages or defects exceeding the cost of the product.
- any requests for replacements/refunds of the units that are not accompanied by the order ID
- theft or loss of a product
- Use outside of the country sold
- The purchases made from resellers that are not included to the list of our authorized dealers and bypass our fulfilment center, bypass our official FBA, or shipping provided by our authorized dealers
Please note that any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the order number from the transaction through which the warrantied product was purchased. The order number can be found in the history of the orders on the website the item was purchased from and serves as your warranty number. It should be retained as Geniani will offer no warranty service without this number.
Return for Replacement
Our team is always glad to offer a replacement for the defective product delivered or an incorrect order received.
All submitted returns for replacements must be authorized by Geniani within the warranty period with a valid Order ID Number, accompanied by proof of defect (pictures and videos).
Geniani will provide a return shipping label within 6 months of delivery. The return shipping label issued by Geniani is valid for 21 days and is subject to cancellation if not used. The label is provided in e-format only and should be printed for the item to be shipped.
Please note that after the 6 months period, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
After return approval by the customer care team, please be kind to ship the item to the following address:

Each order returned must be accompanied by the order ID and the return tracking number provided to the customer care team.
Geniani will replace the product for free as soon as the technical department receives it and investigates the issue as per quality control inspection procedure (within a business week).
Return of the unused or gifted item for a refund
If you would like to return an unused/gifted item purchased on the Geniani website for a refund, just contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a FREE pre-paid return label for your order shipped within the United States.
Return the order to us within 30 days of the purchase window in its original packaging, and we’ll process a full refund back to the original payment method.
The refunds are processed within 5 business days from the date of receiving the order by the technical department and are followed up by a notification sent to the preferred contact method used for the purchase.
Please note that the customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs for the orders made outside of the United States to get a full refund.

Lost or stolen packages
The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage of their item(s) caused by the shipping carrier. Once the order is passed along to the mail carrier, the shipment becomes the customer’s and carrier’s responsibility.
